Craven Cottage to hold 30,000

Loads of history, will remain in the same place
Fulham today confirmed they are staying at Craven Cottage and have revealed plans that would see the ground’s capacity increase to 30,000.
The stadium currently holds 25,700 and has been Fulham’s home since 1896.
Reports suggested they were going to move stadiums or possibly share a stadium with QPR or West Ham but Fulham have confirmed that they will refurbish the stadium and remain where they are.
Chelsea on the move

106 years. Could this be the end?
Abramovich has spent a lot of money of Chelsea. However he does not own the bridge, the pitch and stands belong to thousands of fans who formed Chelsea Pitch Owners plc to stave off developers 14 years ago.
He has made a £10m offer to buy back the freehold from the fans who bought £100 shares to raise around £1.5m and pay off a further £8.5m loan.
This will allow Chelsea to finally have a 60,000 capacity stadium.
