Craven Cottage to hold 30,000

Loads of history, will remain in the same place

Fulham today confirmed they are staying at Craven Cottage and have revealed plans that would see the ground’s capacity increase to 30,000.

The stadium currently holds 25,700 and has been Fulham’s home since 1896.

Reports suggested they were going to move stadiums or possibly share a stadium with QPR or West Ham but Fulham have confirmed that they will refurbish the stadium and remain where they are.

Fulham Players Furious at Jol

Unlucky

Martin Jol has fined one of his Fulham players £5oo for missing a penalty.

But the Craven Cottage boss is now facing a dressing-room backlash.

Several senior stars are furious after Jol rapped rookie Pajtim Kasami.

The 19 year old striker hit the bar from the spot and lost Fulham the match 4-3 against Chelsea.

Premier League clubs chase Real Madrid winger | نوادي الدوري الإنجليزي يريد بيدرو ليون

Leon heading to the Premier League?

Everton, Aston Villa and Fulham are locked in a battle to sign Real Madrid winger Pedro Leon after he turned down a move to Getafe.

Leon has failed to secure a regular first-team place.Former Spanish Under-21 midfielder Leon wants a switch to England after falling out with boss Jose Mourinho at Real.

During the course of 2010–11, however, León appeared rarely for Real Madrid: after assuming he would start against AJ Auxerre in the Champions League in late September,he was immediately dropped from the list of 18 by coach José Mourinho.later, he was ridiculed in the press by his own manager when the latter justified his absence.[In early February 2011, both he and teammate Fernando Gago were dropped from the squad that would face Sevilla FC in the season’s Copa del Rey, for fighting in training;the Argentine was however picked for the next match, whereas the winger was not.

Everton boss David Moyes is keen to strengthen his squad and has been tracking the progress of the 24-year-old winger.

But he faces stiff competition from Aston Villa and Fulham who have also been linked with a move for the Spanish midfielder.
