Former Bayern Munich defender is set to be deported after being found guilty of setting his villa on fire. Breno,22, was sentenced to three years and nine months in jail.

Breno, whose full name is Vinicius Rodrigues Borges, It is assumed to have started the fire that burnt his luxury “rented” Villa in the Munich suburbs of Gruenewald on September 20, 2011. The total cost of damages caused by Breno were estimated to be about 1.3 million euros. He escaped the fire uninjured but he came out  with slight smoke inhalation.

After the sentence is served, the Brazilian will be deported back to his home country.

Breno’s former teammate Elber was disapointed by the verdict “His career is over. This is a disaster. Breno is not a bad boy. Jail will not help him. The boy is sick, he has problems, he needs help” the 39-year-told Bild

Breno’s legal adviser Werner Leitner insisted that his client will remain calm over the incident.”It is a difficult hour for Breno, but he is very composed. I think he is stable and will survive the first [few] difficult days. Life goes on, in every crisis there is a chance.”
